The 96th session of the Human Rights Committee took place from 13 to 31 July 2009 in Geneva. It reviewed State reports from Azerbaijan, Chad, Kingdom of the Netherlands and United Republic of Tanzania. The country task force looked at reports related to Argentina, Ecuador, Mexico, New Zealand and Uzbekistan.
The Concluding Observations of two of the four States analysed by the Committee include references to persons with disabilities (Tanzania and Azerbaijan). No references can be found in the Concluding Observations to Netherlands and Chad.
