Coty aims to build a business that is more inclusive and accessible for people with disabilities. Over the next 18 months we will work on a roadmap to develop the foundations. It includes:

Coty is committed to reducing stigma and discrimination against people with disabilities.It will work with partner Global Citizen to challenge discriminatory laws and policies through disability campaigns, mobilizing its employees and global citizens externally. It will build a culture based on inclusion, acceptance and belonging. It will increase visibility of disability by raising awareness of disabled role models, and educating employees around the diverse nature of disability -sharing disability success stories.

Timeframe and/or implementation plan:
The global internal strategy implementation will be rolled out over the next 18 months. Our partnership with Global Citizen is 5 years, and dedicated disability campaigning will launch in December 2018 on the International Day of Persons with Disability.
