Family Educational Services Foundation is a non-profit, educational organization based Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. It is working in Pakistan since 1984. FESF provides educational services, with particular focus on Deaf children and youth.

Representation and empowerment of persons with disabilities
Family Educational Services Foundation commits to represent people who are Deaf and highlight their conditions at all relevant forums and policy moots. FESF also commits to empower them through education, skill development, and employment.

Capacity building: teachers and staff
We commit to train educators in skills that are sensitive to the needs of people who are Deaf and are able to teach in the Pakistan Sign Language. We commit to train these educators in the best teaching methods and develop class rooms into an inclusive and nurturing environment.

Skills development for decent work
We commit to providing vocational and technical skills training to Deaf students and adults. By developing their technical skills we hope to provide opportunities for decent work and dignified wage.

Additional Resources
We commit to develop and disseminate resources under the Pakistan Sign Language. We commit to leverage technology to improve the acquisition of the Pakistan Sign Language and access to education for those who are in and outside of the school system.
