Skills development for decent work 
Promote social security systems that pro-actively support return to work and re-integration of workers with disabilities.

Timeframe and/or implementation plan: Strengthen the ISSA Guidelines on return to work and related knowledge and promote/support their implementation at regional and country levels and events. Organize topical sessions at the ISSA Regional Social Security Forum for Asia and the Pacific in October 2018, European Forum in 2019 and offer capacity-building during 2019.
