The International Disability Alliance

We are united for the rights of persons with disabilities on the world stage.

IDA is an alliance of networks. We represent our members to empower organisations of persons with disablities at the United Nations. The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities is our touchstone. We work with organisations of persons with disabilities to use international human rights and development processes to create change in their own countries, and we advocate at the UN for a more inclusive global environment for persons with disabilities and their organisations.
