Policy, legislation and its implementation
Nepal has somehow policy, law and legislation regarding the persons with disabilities but the implementation parts are too weak of the government. On the others hand due to changes of the government structure due to federalization, government bodies are some confusion which services are provides from which structures so government need to make sure to implement of the policies and need to develop new guideline to implement in each level of governments.
Timeframe and/or implementation plan
On the behalf of disabled people organization, we will do advocacy and lobby to make implementation of the policies regarding the person with disabilities along with advice to the government in each activities as well as policies formationand implementation.
