Expand conditional and unconditional social transfer scheme for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and promote the development of micro and small scale enterprises through business training, micro finances. We are to strengthen community and family resources and assets for supporting and caring for the PWDs to shocks and extreme poverty within communities and families ensuring non-discriminatory access to any opportunity.
