Representation and empowerment of persons with disabilities

1. Working in collaboration with Civil Society Organisations to demand full participation of persons with disabilities in our society 
2. Collaborate with government agencies to eliminate harmful attitude and discrimination as well as strengthening the anti discrimination law of persons with disabilities within the society 
3. Serve as a representative of women with disabilities especially Deaf women for full inclusion

Timeframe and/or implementation plan: 2 years (2018 -2020).

1. Organisation Awareness and approval with key- stakeholders and committees needed to work and initiate this program 
2. Develop Documents and communication materials that will encourage elimination of stigma and Discrimination.
3. Communication Plan: Draft a letter, Publish articles and distribution of poster for the program 
4. Education & Training Plan/Seminar 
5. Follow –up and Evaluation  

Skills development for decent work.

Commit resources to support strengthened disability data
Commit resources to support strengthened disability data - generating or supporting others to generate disability disaggregated data in programmes, census, household surveys or administrative systems.

Championing the rights of women with disabilities especially Deaf women and young girls of all ages in sexual and reproductive health rights as well as eliminate all form of discriminations.
