Policy, legislation and its implementation
Existing Act, Regulation and Policy will be strengthened and new legislations will be made in compliance with CRPD, current Federal Government System and also UN CRPD Committee recommendations (Concluding Observations) and resources will be allocated to implement it effectively. 

Timeframe and/or implementation plan
Exiting Act, Regulations and Policy will be amended By 2018, New Regulation on the rights of Persons with Disability will be made by end of September 2018. To ensure the rights  of persons with disability as enshrined by the CRPD Convention and the Constitution, New Policy and Strategy and Action Plan for next 10 years will be prepared by the end of 2018.
The Government of Nepal is committed to end all form of discrimination and stereotypes against people with disability. Access to Communication and accessibility will be ensured for the persons with disability.

Inclusive education sector plans
The Government will effectively implement the Inclusive Education Policy by coherently linking budgets and resources to policy. 

Timeframe and/or implementation plan: By 2020.          

Capacity building of teachers and staffs
Government of Nepal will set standards and regulations to support the implementation of inclusive education policy to increase access to education for persons with disability.

Amending legal frameworks
Government of Nepal will make necessary amendment in legal framework to ensure equal opportunities, non- discrimination and social protection. 

Timeframe and/or implementation plan: By 2019.          

Inclusive social protection system and skill development for decent work.

Policy and guidance
Government is committed to agree national standards/guidelines and or to local adaptation of WHO. 

Timeframe and/or implementation plan: By 2019.   

New programmes or services.

Commit resources to support strengthened disability data
Government is committed to generating or supporting others to generate disability disaggregated data in programs, census, household surveys or administrative systems. 

Timeframe and/or implementation plan: By 2021. 

Commit to use the Washington Group questions.

Targeted interventions such as ensuring legislation, policies and implementation strategies, prevent and address GBV against women and girls with disabilities.

Timeframe and/or implementation plan: By 2018.

Targeted interventions such as new inclusive humanitarian responses funding announcements, new guidelines, capacity building initiatives etc.
