We are strongly committed to enhancing reliable, comparable and disaggregated data and information, with a view to breaking the cycle of exclusion, particularly in areas of education, employment, health and social protection. Such data and information are also necessary to help policymakers to recognize the rights of PWDs to work on an equal basis with others, and to work in a labour market and environment that is open, inclusive and acceptable to PWDs.
