Argentina signed the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities on 30 March 2007 and ratified it on 07 January 2016

Argentina signed the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities on 01 April 2002 and ratified it on 25 September 2003
