Armenia signed the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities on 30 March 2007 and ratified it on 22 September 2010

Armenia signed the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities on 24 September 2003 and ratified it on 30 June 2005

Armenia has signed and ratified:

  • Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance
  • Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the involvement of children in armed conflict

Armenia has ratified, but not signed:

  • Convention against Torture and Other Cruel Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
  • Optional Protocol of the Convention against Torture
  • International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
  • Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women
  • International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination
  • International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
  • Convention on the Rights of the Child
