IDA welcomes the initiative of the Committee on the Rights of the Child to develop a General Comment on the rights of children in street situations. This submission includes information on children with disabilities “in street situations”, in a broad sense, and will mainly address concerns related to points 2, 3 and 4 of the call for submissions. Furthermore, recommendations by IDA are included in Annex I to this submission.
