The ratifications of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) by Israel (28 September 2012) and Dominica (1 October 2012), the latter which simultaneously ratified the Optional Protocol (OP) to the CRPD, bring a total of 124 States Parties to the CRPD, while the OP has 74 ratifications.

Israel ratified the CRPD with a reservation to Article 23.1 (a):

“The State of Israel expresses its reservation with regard to the provisions concerning marriage in Article 23 (1) (a) of the Convention, to the extent that the laws on personal status, which are binding on the various religious communities in Israel, do not conform with these provisions.”

The number of signatures to the CRPD is 154 while the OP has 91 signatures.
