Inclusive environments in the workplace
- Our vision is to be the number 1 employer of choice for people with disabilities by 2025.
- We will run a programme in 20 countries to grow the number of employees with disabilities to at least 2% by 2020.
- We will then review, adapt and roll it out globally to grow the total number of employees with disabilities to 5%* by 2025. Based on today’s headcount, 5% would equate to 8000 employees worldwide.
