Policy and guidance
We will advocate for national standards and or local adaption of WHO guidelines for Global Cooperation on Assistive technology.We will urge policymakers and USAID officials to review implementation strategies for their Training, Economic Empowerment, Assistive Technologies and Medical Rehabilitation programto ensure policy and practice aligns with the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD). We will advocate for support for programs, such as the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), which fund assistive technology in developing countries. 

Timeframe and/or implementation plan
We will commit to including these policy and guidance goals in our annual advocacy workplans and priority areas of focus.
