By 2020, all schools will receive, as needed, accessible laptops (under the one-laptop-per-child programme) and other accessible learning materials and tools suited to the needs of learners with disabilities.
Additional resources
By 2024 we will expand the Community-based Health Insurance (CBHI) scheme to cover all necessary health service for people with severe disabilities, including essential assistive technologies.
