Global travel management services

The International Disability Alliance is inviting qualified travel agencies to submit proposals for the provision of global travel management services. We are seeking experienced and reliable travel partners who can support our international operations through:
- International and domestic flight bookings;
- Accommodation arrangements worldwide;
- Ground transportation solutions, including accessible transport where required;
- Support for complex, multi-country travel itineraries;
- And responsive customer service, including 24/7 emergency travel support.
Deadline for applications: 16 September 2026.
Interested travel agencies are invited to submit their proposals following the instructions in the tender documentation.
