How can you make a report?

BY email

This email is monitored confidentially by IDA’s Safeguarding Focal Point.

Through our anonymous reporting platform

You can make a report using IDA’s secure whistleblowing system:

You may choose to remain anonymous. If you wish, you can still receive follow-up messages through the platform.

At IDA events

If you are attending an IDA-supported event, you can report concerns by:

  • Speaking directly to the designated Safeguarding Focal Point.

  • Contacting them by phone or WhatsApp.

The name and contact details of the Safeguarding Focal Point will be shared in the event information. (Find here IDA Policy on Safeguarding and Management of Malpractice and Misconduct).

it is reviewed carefully and confidentially

  • 2

immediate safety or risk concerns are assessed

  • 3

appropriate action is taken in line with IDA procedures

  • 4

support options are discussed where relevant
