Resolutions
A number of resolutions were adopted at the 12th session of the Human Rights Council. The resolution on HIV/AIDS includes a paragraph referring to article 25 on the right to health of the CRPD. Also, the resolutions on access to safe drinking water and sanitation, migration and the human rights of the child, and on transnational justice included references to persons with disabilities.
