Commit resources to support strengthened disability data
Leonard Cheshire commits to contributing to addressing the global gaps in disability data; contributing learning about the data landscape; and insight and research from its work to strengthen accountability processes through improved data collection. Leonard Cheshire will also continue to advocate for the use of the Washington Group Questions in national data collection efforts.

Timeframe and/or implementation plan
On an ongoing basis, Leonard Cheshire will expand and develop the Disability Data Portal to add further countries, indicators and data sources to give a more detailed and up to picture of disability data. Leonard Cheshire will also share learnings from its work around SDG monitoring and the use of indicator frameworks by DPOs; learnings from its research into the expanded use of the Washington Group Questions by NGOs and DPOs; and will build capacity of DPOs in at least 3 countries to engage in national data collection efforts to support inclusive policy implementation.
