General Comment
At the opening of the session, it was announced that the CRC Committee would commence drafting a joint General Comment together with the CEDAW Committee on harmful traditional practices.
Pre-Sessional Working Group
From 4-8 October 2010, the Pre-sessional Working Group of the CRC Committee considered reports from Denmark, Afghanistan, Belarus, Bahrain, Cuba, Lao PDR, New Zealand, Singapore and Ukraine.
