CBM is committed to rights and equality for women, men, girls and boys in all our programmes, ensuring equal value, participation and decision-making by all; and addressing all forms of violence, discrimination, intimidation and exploitation for women, men, boys and girls so they can fulfil their aspirations.
Timeframe and/or implementation plan
By 2023, we will have taken significant steps to: promote the voice, choice and autonomy of women and girls in our programming and advocacy work; conduct and apply gender analysis to ensure programme design addresses barriers and discrimination on the grounds of gender; and monitor and measure the equality of both opportunities and outcomes of women, men, girls and boys involved in our programme work.
