- We are seeking for an experienced consultant to support the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in finalizing General Comment No. 9 on Article 11 of the CRPD, which addresses the obligations of States Parties in situations of risk and humanitarian emergencies.The consultant will provide technical, legal, and drafting expertise to strengthen the draft General Comment’s conceptual clarity, legal accuracy, and coherence across international law frameworks.
