Opening of the 21st Session of the CRPD Committee (11 Mar 2019 – 5 Apr 2019)
The UN Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities opened its 21st session on 11 March. During this session, the committee will review Cuba, the Niger, Norway, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Spain, Turkey and Vanuatu.

Opening of the 20th Session of the CRPD Committee (27 Aug to 21 Sep 2018)

Call on States Parties to Restore Gender Balance to the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities
The GQUAL Campaign, the International Disability Alliance and the International Disability and Development Consortium call upon States Parties to promote gender balance as well as quality and independence amongst the experts within the elections for the Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD Committee).
