Majority of persons with disabilities, though qualified or not, seem very pessimistic due to lack of effective legislation, opportunities and everyday attitudinal barriers they go through. ADRAD shall address this issue by conducting counselling sessions for them so that they will in turn be advocates themselves as a part of our humanitarian initiative. We are happy to partner with other organizations.

Though we cannot confirm to the exact date due to Nepalese' context, we hope to carry it out sooner than later as it also awakens the mainstream sector in Nepal which seems very negligent now.
