The Bureau of the 11th session of the Conference of States Parties (COSP) to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities is hosting a Civil Society Briefing for all interested organisations, on Thursday on 17 May from 1.15 pm to 2.30 pm in CR 9.

All civil society organisations are welcome to join the Bureau for this briefing to share ideas, lessons learnt and provide recommendations on the upcoming session in June. 

Please note you must have a valid UN Grounds Pass to enter the UN Premises and join the meeting! If you are unable to attend this briefing, please provide written contributions directly to tavades [at] ida-secretariat.org.

Overview of the 11th Session of the COSP
The 11th session of the Conference of States Parties (COSP) to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities will take place from Tuesday 12 to Thursday 14 June 2018 at UN Headquarters in New York. On Monday 11 June, a Civil Society CRPD Forum will be held to complement the Conference.
